Hank Wallace has a Masters of Science in Management Science (Accounting) from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a BS from the United States Military Academy.

Hank is an Associate Professor and has taught accounting at the National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) since 1976.  NTID is a federally funded part of Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York granting primarily associates degree.  Hank's primary teaching focus is in the areas of Cost Accounting and Job Simulation.  He has been an avid user of computers in the classroom.  

Hank has been an active member of TACTYC since 1989 and has served in many roles, including the role of President of TACTYC from 1999 to 2004.
